새로운곳에 출근하느라 11개를 샀는데요 그만큼 엄청 입어보고 고르고 매장에 두시간 있는동안 모든 층 각곳에 계신 스텝분들이 모두 친절해요 다른 후기에 쇼퍼백땜에 맘상했다는 분 있던데 왜그런지 알겠더라구요 쇼퍼백 대형이 너무 커서 활용도가 떨어져서 그아래 사이즈에 알뜰하게 차곡차곡 담아주셨는데 그부분도 너무 친절하고 감사했어요 편하게 색깔별 사이즈별 다 입어볼 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요 여러번 입어봐도 정리도 스텝분들이 다 해주셔서 눈치안보고 맘에 드는거 모두 입어보고 잘 사온것 같아서 첫출근 기분좋게 할수 있을것 같아요 스텝분들 복받으세요!

바지가 아시안핏이 있어서 어떻게든 나에게 맞는 핏이 하나쯤은 나오게 됨이 좋아요. 옷 품질 좋은것도 물론이구요. 이태원점 직원분들 친절하고 편안해요👍

서울에서 물건 많고 가장 큰 곳!

It's a two-story store. The first floor has activewear, and the second floor has casual clothes and a clearance corner. There's a huge variety of products and plenty of fitting rooms, so shopping feels really comfortable! I hope they run sales more often...

My husband used to buy one piece every time he went to the US.. but this was my first time buying domestically. I sent our kid to a Seoul experience program and came to Itaewon alone with the spare time. I usually rely on my husband when we go out together, but I didn't know the area so I asked the staff for help. They were so kind. They gave advice on clothing size, texture, fit, style, all of it — and since I sweat a lot during workouts, I was looking for breathable clothes specifically. They stayed nearby without being pushy and helped me out. Got to freely browse the store and try on lots of clothes. They even had sale items so that was a nice bonus. Thanks to them I got to enjoy my Itaewon outing. Thank you, staff!

Visited Lululemon Itaewon on May 2nd and got a rude closing request while I was still in the fitting room. During checkout, the staff was unresponsive and unfriendly — really unpleasant. My friend didn't have her card so I paid for her items with mine first, then paid for mine separately. Even though we paid separately, only one receipt came out under my name and my friend got nothing. No one told us receipts could be split. Without buying a shopping bag, they didn't even offer basic packaging. For new items that might need exchange or return, shouldn't they at least provide a thin poly bag? Overall the female staff seriously need customer service training.
