It is in the best location in Hongdae. You have to use the parking tower and parking fee is 13,000 won per day. There are mainly foreign tourists and there are a lot of Chinese people. When I went out at night, the room was full of cigarette smell, so I changed rooms. It seems like it is impossible to control Chinese people smoking in the room.

It was nice that they responded kindly and actively took care of the work. Good.

Mercure Ambassador Seoul Hongdae, where we stayed for a night after touring Hongdae to celebrate our child's birthday. Parking is also available in the basement. The bedding is so clean and fluffy. The location is great as there are a lot of things to do and enjoy nearby. The breakfast in the morning was quite satisfactory even though it did not have a lot of variety.

On Saturday, March 1st, I stayed at Mercure Hongdae at the chance of an Accor Platinum friend. I was greedy for a luxurious bathtub, so I paid an additional fee for a room upgrade and was assigned a family room, room 15 on the 16th floor... The view from the high floor was dizzying, I didn't have to worry about looking out the window, so it was comfortable, and the bed was spacious, which was nice. The room wasn't bad, but more than anything, this hotel's benefit was Thien Mimi... The lobby floor restaurant entrance was full of people waiting, and a little after lunch, the dinner wait was closed. It was nice that guests could order a Thien Mimi course meal through room service and eat it comfortably in their room. I was told that room service would take over an hour, but it was delivered in about 30 minutes. Everything was delicious, the portions were good, and the price was reasonable, which was surprising. There are many willing to eat again without waiting. I don't want to talk about the downside, as it is the only hotel stay where I didn't take pictures of breakfast. Mechanical parking is also very inconvenient. It was compared a lot to the nearby Rise.
