This is my first review, but I go there often because it's close to my house. Everything is delicious, but my favorite is the corn cheese tart! 🌽 Highly recommended to those who like corn!! If you get the timing right on the weekend and buy freshly baked food, it's so delicious ~ Recently, I've been into chocolate mousse tarts and douchokku, so I've been buying and eating them on my way home from work or on the weekends 🤩 I've tried douchokku from many places, but the most savory and crunchy one with a lot of kadaif is the best! The butter rice cake I bought today is perfect on the outside! I think I'll add this for a while and buy more... 😅 They use good ingredients and the two owners are very kind. I like desserts, but I don't like things that are too sweet, but I like Hodol Confectionery because it's not too sweet! I'm someone who doesn't really write reviews, but since there aren't many good restaurants in the neighborhood, I thought I'd spread the word 😁

Strawberry smoothies are usually bland and unpleasant because the ingredients separate when melted, but this is the taste of the strawberry itself. Scones and egg tarts are rich in flavor. Douchokku is not overly sweet, but the occasional hint of salt continues to amplify the moderate sweetness. I plan to visit often.

Yesterday, I bought an egg tart and a pumpkin tart, and today, as I was passing by, I saw the Garlic Fromage in the showcase, so I quickly bought it. The pecan tart is also so delicious.

The outside is chewy but not tough, and the cream inside is soft and savory, so it's a perfect combination. The sweetness isn't too much, so you don't have to worry about eating several in a row, and the texture feels more alive when you eat it after refrigerating it. It goes well with coffee or milk, so it's perfect as a snack or dessert, and I think it would also make a great gift. It was a satisfactory product due to its overall high quality. I’m from Incheon and I’m coming to Seoul to buy Dujoku from Hodol Confectionery… It's really, really better than other stores. It's the best!!
