좀좀따리 정상가보단 저렴하게 잘 샀는데 아쉬운건... 직원분들이 옷 고를때마다 계속 옆에 바짝 따라와서 마치 의심하는듯 살펴보시는게 너무 부담스럽더라고요 물건 하나 집을때마다 계속 옆에서 결제하실거냐 물으며 일단 제가 결정된건 네 라고 하면 바로 카운터에 미리 가져다 놓더라구요 게스트 입장에선 편하게 옷 둘러보고 계산은 한꺼번에 마지막에 가져가서 하는게 낫지 않을까요..? 서비스가 넘 부담스러운게 아쉬워요

번호표 배부 시간도 앞당겨주시고 스탬프도 찍어서 만일에 사태에 대비한 모습이 너무 좋았어요! 직원분들도 친절하셨습니다. 리퍼브 상품은 같은 타임에도 앞 순서 분들이 더 빨리 가져가셔서 1순위는 못건졌지만 아울렛 상품도 저렴해서 좋았습니다👍

추운날 찾아온 고객들한테 대기할 공간도 없고 쇼핑인원 더 늘리시거나 난로설치하셔야할 것같아요. 고객에 대한 배려가 없는 매장으로 느껴짐 제품들은 흔하지않고 예쁜데 상의 사이즈는 44-55분들께만 추천해요 바스트있으신분들은 거의 못입는 옷들 ㅠ 잡화들은 귀여워서 매시즌 사게되는 브랜드

I visited last Sunday and bought a fur jacket, but the fur on the back was dented. When I called the store, they said the only option was to come in person for a return, so I spent my own time and money going back today to exchange it for one without defects. When I mentioned the product defect, they didn’t even apologize, and said they couldn’t show me every item, so I should just choose one or two. I picked one, but before taking it home I checked again and almost ended up taking one with a dent in the front. If I hadn’t pointed it out, would they have just let it pass? Isn’t checking the product before selling it basic? The fitting items had no defects, so why don’t they care about the items they sell?
