26.02.17. I wanted to eat tripe on Lunar New Year's Day on Tuesday, so I went to the store because it was open. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I entered. There were only two items on the menu: tripe and tripe, but since the cattle market was closed, only tripe was available. I ordered three servings of tripe (21,000 won), soju (5,000 won), a drink (3,000 won), and one serving of fried rice (3,000 won). Soybean paste stew was provided free of charge, and tripe was provided in a rough form. The tripe was served with chives, mushrooms and potatoes and it was delicious. I only ordered one serving of fried rice, but it was larger than I expected and tasted good.

I made a reservation and visited, but I felt bad because they didn't even tell me about the reserved seat and showed me to the most unpleasant seat. Since there were only 2 people, they told us to take a 2-person seat, but people who came right before us were given a large, round seat, but even though we made a reservation, they showed us to a very undesirable seat in a narrow space next to the table next to us. When I said I would sit for 4 people, they said absolutely not and asked for my understanding, but I don't understand why I had to ask for their understanding. What was even more annoying was that the two people who came after us were shown to seats for 4 people. There was no point in making a reservation and I just felt bad. Since the order is for 3 people, 2 people go and order for 3 people, so the price starts from 75,000. Although the price is outrageous, the taste is just so-so. I feel bad after paying a lot of money. I went there on purpose because it took 3 hours for a round trip to Tajira, and I made a reservation, but I left after eating in a bad mood.

The tripe here is the best. It's the best restaurant of all time. Whenever I feel like eating tripe, I come here and eat tripe. It's really delicious. The owner is kind and I enjoyed it so much!

Every few days, I think of the taste of tripe that I cannot understand unless I try it.
