I visited 3 times for my first treatment in April, and I heard that communication with patients is important for hormone issues, but they really didn't listen to me, and only gave one-sided explanations, and I couldn't get used to the medication, so the cost of the medication went up every time I visited. I asked if the medication was covered by insurance, even though I was going to take it every day. I felt uncomfortable, so I left. It may be a good hospital for some people, but for me, it is a hospital that I have difficult memories of as a child.

After reading the negative reviews of Ritu Clinic, I had some expectations. From the first visit, several tests were performed, costing about 400,000 won, but the purpose and results of the tests were not sufficiently explained. During the treatment, the doctor did not listen well to the patient's concerns, and when I asked questions, he seemed nervous or dismissive. He prescribed oral contraceptives without any explanation of the treatment plan or prescription, and when I returned due to side effects after taking the medication, he said that if he came back immediately like this, he would not be able to see the patient in the future. I was heartbroken after hearing such oppressive words. Regardless of the skills of the medical staff, they do not consider the feelings of menopausal female patients at all and lack explanations. I do not want to visit again because of the one-sided treatment method. Please note the overbearing and condescending attitude toward menopausal patients and choose carefully if you expect treatment with even the slightest communication.

Every night, I wake up when I fall asleep and need to urinate, so I wake up in the early morning to go to the bathroom. Life was very difficult, but I am so glad that I can sleep comfortably these days after taking the medicine you prescribed.
