Food comes out really slowly. 40 minutes after entering, I was able to receive makchang for 3 people. The waiting staff really have no clue about what to do. Working like that in a busy business like this will only ruin the reputation of the store. They can't even manage the waiting line, so they arbitrarily let people behind them enter first, so if you're going, check your turn carefully.
