It's clean and friendly. Parking is easy. However, the bunk beds are a bit uncomfortable. Still, it's nice that 3 people can sleep.

It was great to use for a day. It was nice to be able to turn on the heating in each room, and it felt like a studio apartment. What was a bit inconvenient was that the elevator was broken or had been stopped on purpose. Other than that it was good.

It was nice that it wasn't as narrow in person as it looked in the picture. The heating worked well too.

I stayed for university exams and it was okay. The heating was nice and warm, but I think it would be difficult to take a shower.

It's clean, the room is warm, and everything is good... but it's not soundproofed... and the boiler is a bit noisy. It's nice to just relax quietly.

It's great for a quiet rest. I recommend it.

This accommodation is suitable for those who want cost-effective accommodation. It's right next to Hoegi Station, so it's convenient to get around, and there are many restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby. However, you can easily hear surrounding noises such as subways and motorcycles, and the bathroom is so small that it is difficult to wash alone. The cleaning condition is also mediocre. Still, it seems to be the best in the neighborhood.

I didn't take a picture, but the room is the same as the picture posted. The cleaning was good, the bedding was very clean and comfortable, and transportation was really convenient. It's close to the station, so there's noise from the overground train, but it's okay to turn on the air conditioner and close the door. The room is small, but the single bed is quite wide, so we didn't use the bunk bed (it's inconvenient to climb up), but the two of us slept on the first floor, and it was comfortable, so we slept well. The price is reasonable and transportation is convenient, so I plan to visit again, but the biggest drawback is the bathroom. It's so narrow that water splashes into the toilet when you shower. The current is extremely strong and nice. The hot water comes out really well, but the sewer smell is really bad. We carried an odor-removing spray with us and always sprayed it before use. Um...please solve the sewer smell. Was it bad because it was on the 2nd floor? Sprinkling bleach into the drain when cleaning solves the problem. We also install traps worth 10,000 won.

I booked a twin room, but at first I was confused because it was a double room. They changed it right away, but since there is a boiler room in that room where all the boilers on that floor are gathered (and if you open an iron door from the room, the boiler is right there...), the boiler makes noise all night long... There is an elevator in the room, but if you don't have the elevator rope and instructions, it would be a violation of the fire law... There are stairs from each floor (lobby to first floor) except the entrance floor to the elevator, so not recommended if you have heavy luggage or have trouble with your legs. It's a twin bed, but there's no nightstand between the beds, and there's only an outlet on the wall on one side of the bed, and there's only a short power strip, so it's inconvenient to use a charger, and there's no place to put it while charging.
