The manager and wife are also really very kind ^^ It's nice to have a conversation in a quiet and clean atmosphere. It's really hard to find places like this these days, but I fell in love with it. I think it's possible because they've been able to maintain it for a long time with that kind of effort and sincerity. I think Matsu is that kind of place. I enjoyed it ♡

The raw fish dish served on perilla leaves is a perfect match between the scent of perilla leaves and the spicy taste of fresh raw peppers, which really whet my appetite. It is sprinkled with sesame seeds and has a good savory taste. The assorted sashimi that came as a main caught my attention from the plating. Various seafood such as tuna, white fish, and abalone were neatly placed. The overall thickness and texture of the sashimi was good and it was very fresh. It was light and good to eat with sashimi. The stone pot rice served at the end of the meal was savory because it was topped with seaweed powder and flying fish roe, and it had a good texture when mixed. Salmon and yuzu cleaning sauce. Sour sauce. It's been a long time since I tasted it 👍
