I visited Songridan-gil Nishikisai because I was reminded of Chahang, a Japanese-style Chinese fried rice dish. I was disappointed with the Chahang alone, so I ordered black pepper tebasaki on the side, and it was a delicacy. The combination of shoyu sauce and pepper was so exquisite that it tasted better than the soy sauce taste of Kyochon Chicken, which I love. The Chahang was good because it lost all the moisture and was greasy, but the seasoning was a little disappointing. Jiyuken Chahang located in Euljiro has been to my taste, but it's nice to find a Japanese-style Chinese restaurant relatively nearby. I enjoyed it.

I came here because I heard they had added Ieke for ramen lovers to the menu, but it was sold out, so I was disappointed, but all the other menu items were so great that I thought it was a good idea not to eat Ieke. Sirunashi Tantanmen is very good as an appetizer, and Ebi Chili is a torture to eat without beer. I will come again🙌

Reviews of a Japanese-style Chinese restaurant show that the char siu is different every day. I've seen a lot of photos and I think the char siu was through the roof when I visited. Except for the fact that the fascia was somewhat felt, the thickness, size, and flavor were all excellent. The spinach was also excellently boiled. Considering the location and characteristics of the business, I ordered it salty and rich (soft noodles), but I think it would be okay to use regular oil, and I recommend salty salt (if you like ramen). There is an option for minced garlic, but if you eat it in the mid to late season, you get that delicious flavor that everyone knows, so I recommend it. It is one of the best 6,000 won chajang I have ever eaten. The portion size was too large and I was not in good condition, so I ate all the ramen and only had a little bit left over. 4.0/5.0 with respect for your passionate attitude towards continuous upgrades.
I went to Nishikasai, located in the alley of Songnidan-gil, Songpa-gu. The interior of the store is decorated with a Chinese-style Japanese interior, giving a cozy atmosphere as if you were in a small Japanese restaurant. I sat down and ordered Buta Ramen, the signature dish here, and the food came out quicker than I expected. The white-colored soup is based on rich tonkotsu broth, so the deep and savory flavor fills your mouth. It is basic rather than flashy and provocative. It was a ramen that anyone could enjoy without any likes or dislikes as it had a solid, heavy taste. In particular, there was a generous amount of shredded wood ear mushroom topping, and the chewy texture that went along with the noodles added to the fun of eating it. The noodles were cooked moderately well, and the noodles were wrapped in soft char siu or seaweed, so the salty and umami taste came together and created a great harmony.

I visited Nishikasai and ordered buta ramen, subuta, and Yantai kaoliang liquor. It was so delicious and the atmosphere was great!! Haha, the buta ramen soup is rich and really delicious! The subuta is still crispy and has a rich taste.. Haha.. You must try the sorghum chicken that was given to you to taste a little as a service!! If you like cilantro... I really love this restaurant!!
It is a Chinese-style Japanese restaurant. They sell things like ramen. Iekeramen, 11,000 won. Medium thickness, medium saltiness, cotton koddle. The thick noodles contain spinach, 2 pieces of seaweed, and 2 pieces of char siu. The taste was much better than I expected. It is quite oily and its basic salinity and viscosity are quite high. The umami was quite good, and the creamy and savory flavor sticks in your mouth. The seaweed was crispy and good for wrapping with rice, and the smoked char siu had a refreshing taste. Although the genre is a bit heavy and provocative like Ikein, the balance felt quite good. It was delicious. Rice is added for free. It's good as a finishing touch.
While walking down the street looking for a restaurant, I followed the smell and wondered what this delicious smell was. I recommend the second photo of the popular stir-fried seafood menu that is not on the menu but is listed when ordering with the QR code!! Dip the noodles in your choice of sauce before eating. It's not salty so it's good to eat with fried rice.

It was Japanese-style Chinese food that is not easy to come across, but every single item on the menu was so delicious and clean! I highly recommend the sweet and sour pork and ramen👍 The overall atmosphere of the store is comfortable and the staff are friendly👍 The food comes out quickly and draft beer is also recommended👍

For my 7th time traveling to Japan, I enjoyed ramen and Japanese food. The quality of not only the ramen but also Japanese Chinese food was very, very good. It may be a bit spicy for Koreans, but it's somewhere between the local taste and the Korean flavor (though it's a bit more local) and it's very good👍 I'll come again.

I found this place by chance when I finished work late and had nowhere to go at 9:30 p.m., and I’m really glad I did! The portions aren’t huge, but they’re just right, and the food is really tasty. The fried rice feels like the real star haha. If you think the ramen is a little rich, yuringi seems like the perfect pairing, so I’m leaving with that best combo! haha I’ll definitely come back often.
