Orojiramen Deungchon

음식 맛있고 딱 내 스타일이다. 이모님도 사장님도 너무 친절하시고 좋다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 수저ㆍ숫가락 통 위생이 별로 좋지 않다. 직접 말씀 드리고 싶지만 어느정도 안면이 있는 관계라 아쉬운 마음에 글을 남깁니다.

It’s cost-effective and delicious

The char siu is soft.

After reading other reviews, I thought it was worth considering so I visited. They were really friendly, so I thought the taste would be good, but it was the opposite... It's a pity... 1. The ramen wasn't tasty. -Most meat is sour, either because it is old or because it was not marinated properly. - Most of the meat feels like just boiled pork. 2. Mini char siu dong is not char siu dong. - It wasn't char siu, but like other reviews, it had something like fermented soybean paste on it. -The sauce was okay.

I had Ojiji Ramen set meal and Basil Ramen set meal. Ojiji is a tonkotsu ramen style soup with beef pork belly, and I think Basil Ramen would be good to eat today when you want a comforting soup rather than spicy Korean soup.

The taste of the ramen wasn't bad, but the mini chashu dong didn't look as good as I expected.. It felt more like braised soybean paste than chashu dong.🤔 It was disappointing that the rice wasn't seasoned well🥹

This is not a review that hurts the business owner, but I honestly feel that there is a lot of need for improvement. The taste of the soup and char siu was good, but the noodles were not even half cooked and were very undercooked. While serving me, I even saw my fingers go into the bowl. The kimchi that came with the basic side dish was very sour. Standards for taste may vary from person to person, but I could hear people sitting next to us talking about noodles. I don't think I'll go again, but I hope it improves.

Had the spicy oroji ramen and the broth was bland with just a slight kick. The noodles felt more like Chinese restaurant noodles than ramen. Not great😢
