I went to the pharmacy downstairs to pick up medicine after going to the hospital for a cold, and I also wanted to buy some vitamins. I asked the pharmacist for a recommendation, and when I asked how the natural vitamin they suggested was different from the one next to it, they suddenly rang up the one next to it without saying anything. So I said I had asked for a recommendation because I didn't know much about vitamins, and that they shouldn't just ring it up like that... They replied, "I already recommended it." They said that people who come in after seeing ads already know what they want, so they should just go with this one. But it's only natural for a customer who doesn't know much about medicine to ask a pharmacist and compare products before buying, so it was really awkward... I wondered if they just couldn't be bothered to explain it once... I left thinking they probably just lacked professionalism.
