매장이 홍대 홍문관2층에 위치해있고 깔끔하고 청결합니다. 들어오자마자 들리는 노래소리가 감미롭네요~ 직원분들 나긋나긋한 목소리에 편안함을 한번더 느낍니다~♡ 조용해서 집중하거나 얘기나누기 좋고 커피 짝꿍 쿠키는 많이 달지않아 자꾸 손이 가네요 ~^^

Didn't properly answer my questions, handled issues poorly, and the person was eating bread with the same hands they were using to prep food while talking to me — not a good look. Came here to grab cookies easily near school but honestly felt like a waste of a trip. Plenty of other cafes nearby, so I'll probably go somewhere else next time.
