여기 완전 불친절 함 난 담배를 안피우는 사람인데 담배 피웠다고 예약을 임의 취소 하겠다고 함. 내가 숙소 다 왔는데 그런 이야기 하길래 답답해서 피 검사라도 하자고함. 근데도 안 믿고 그건 내 사정이고 자기 규정이니 이용 안된다고함 비상 통로에 계단 마다 불법 물건들도 많아서 화재시 엄청 위혐해 보임

갑자기 찾아갔지만 편안하게 쉬었네요

내가 여기 1년 동안 1주에 평균 한번 이상은 온 것 같다. 어느날 예약을 했는데 갑자기 예약 취소 하겠다고 한다. 이유는 전날 내가 담배를 피워서 예약 취소를 한다고 한다. 근데 난 담배를 안 피우는 사람이다. 내가 담배를 안피웠고 만약 피웠으면 흔적이 있지 않겠냐 했지만 담배 피우고 흔적을 정리 했단다. 오죽 했으면 내가 피검사라도 하자고 했다. 물론 안오면 되는데 이 상황이 짜증나 이렇게까지 이야기 했다. 근데 오늘 8시 입실인데 갑자기 또 그때 담배 피웠으니 8시30분에 입실 안된단다. 어처구니가 없다. 앞으로 올 일 없겠지만 여기 운영하는 사람 직원들 교육 똑 바로 해라. 이게 규정이라는데 1호점 여직원 오늘 1호점여직원때문에 안된다는2호점 남직원... 비상통로 물건이나 잘 정리해라.
