As befits the name of the store, Yangtanghwajak, the paintings are truly works of art. It's like a dumpling filled with beef on the inside, but it's light and crispy on the outside, so it's like eating pastry bread! The seasoning is not too strong and just right, so no matter how many times I eat it, I never get tired of it🐽 The mapo tofu is different from the taste I'm used to, it seems closer to the local taste, but it's actually good 👍🏻 I had the spicy soup without intestines, and at 3,000 won, it was crazy cost-effective. Spicy stir-fried pork ribs didn't have red sauce as expected, but it was spicy and a real hit!! Everything is delicious, but you should definitely try Hwajak!!

Hwajak and mapo tofu are delicious😌!! Yangtang is also cool and refreshing!!!! I think it would be good as a hangover :)) It was amazing, it tasted like fried dumplings and it was delicious, and I enjoyed eating it with mapo tofu and rice.

I went to Yangtanghwajak, a Chinese restaurant in Guro. I ordered spicy stir-fried pork ribs, seasoned dried tofu, and hwajak. To be honest, I couldn't quite understand the Korean menu, so I ordered roughly, but all three dishes were successful and very delicious. The stir-fried spicy pork ribs were deliciously spicy and the meat was soft. The seasoned dried tofu went well with the sweet and sour sauce and whetted my appetite. Hwajak is one of the representative menu items of this Yangtang Hwajak store. It is very crispy on the outside and feels like it has layers of pastry bread, but it has a very delicious filling on the inside, so I enjoyed it very much. It was nice to be able to taste Chinese food prepared by a Chinese person, rather than just an ordinary Chinese restaurant that serves Jjajangmyeon and Jjamppong. Even though I ordered it without knowing much, I enjoyed it very much.

In Yangyang, Lamb Institute, Tsingtao (the store's name is Tsingtao) is the most delicious lamb, and Lamb Meat Institute's malatang has a large amount of lamb and is the best in Yangyang. I hope it will be friendly and clean and continue to operate as it is now.
