I like this walking course in downtown Seoul. A lot of residents were walking barefoot, and it was fun to see them picnicking with friends. Good for a short walk.

Spot in Gangnam area, Seoul.

When you climb up to the Seoripul Observatory, you can see a panoramic view of Umyeonsan Mountain across from you and the entire Gangnam area to your left. If you take a short walk from the city center, you will come across a barrier-free road through a thick forest, and when you reach the top of the road, an observatory with a clear view will appear. You can go down south from the observatory and take the mountain path to Cheonggwonsa Temple or Bangbae Station, or you can go down towards the Seoripple Tunnel and go next to the Supreme Court, but that road seems to be blocked these days because apartments are being built on the old site of Jeongbosa Temple.

It's great to take a comfortable walk on the wooden deck of the barrier-free cherry blossom road, and there's also a forest environment library, so it's great to read books :)

I went up to Montmartre Park through the stairs leading up to the Silkworm Bridge next to the entrance road to the Academy of Arts/Academy. Because it was late afternoon on a chilly weekday, there were not many people. When you enter Montmartre Park, it's nice to forget the noise of the city for a while and feel the silence of the forest. Following the well-maintained trail, I entered the barrier-free path toward Seoripple Observatory. I entered the new barrier-free deck road behind the old Jeongbosa Temple. The old Jeongbosa site was cut down in large chunks and demolished to create a large apartment site, and foundation construction began in earnest. On the way up to Seoripul Observatory, the pine trees colored by the sunset are beautiful.
