I received an interior design consultation at Hanssem Lee House from designer Park Ji-hyeon. It was nice that she first carefully listened to my situation and budget, and then explained the direction appropriate for the space in an easy-to-understand manner. What I especially liked was that it pointed out points I had missed and gave me a lot of practical, helpful information. Above all, the consultation fee was reasonable, so I felt less burdened, and the consultation alone was worth it. I would like to recommend it to those who are having trouble deciding on an interior design direction or are worried about lack of information.

(Actual review - photos attached) I didn't know anything about interior design, so I just visited Hanssem Mall and was introduced to team leader Eunsang Lee, and he did the interior work. I was so satisfied that I'm leaving a review! A person who didn't know anything about construction or interior design came to visit and just said what I wanted the kitchen to have like this and what the bathroom would be like, but as they caught everything and returned the design and rendering, I felt like I was getting closer and closer to the answer I wanted. During the actual construction period, as with anything in the world, unexpected problems arose during the design stage and things that required modifications to the design, but they stayed until 12 o'clock at night without complaining and left after completing the construction. I was so satisfied that after the construction was over, I went back to Hanssem Mall and purchased a living room cabinet/desk and blinds~~! Thank you~!

It was somewhat different from the counseling experience I expected. The initial consultation went well, but when I expressed my concerns about the budget, the atmosphere of the consultation felt different than before. Afterwards, I felt that the explanation was not sufficient during the consultation process, and I was embarrassed because there was no separate closing greeting at the end of the consultation. (It felt like we were left unattended, so we had no choice but to stand there for a while and then come out first.) I wish they would have been considerate of customer service of various budgets.

I am so satisfied with the interior design I received from team leader Eunsang Lee that I am leaving a review. We received kitchen, bathroom, wallpaper, electricity, etc. From the first consultation, they were very kind and provided detailed guidance, which was a great help in getting the first picture. There were several situations that were difficult to fix due to the structure of our house, but they were all resolved. They looked after us so carefully that we felt like they cared more about our house than us. He even pointed out things I hadn't considered in advance and told me what I needed to check. Since he had experience working on many different cases, he showed me a lot of references and gave me opinions for each different case, so I just had to follow along comfortably. It was great that you looked at it so thoroughly, and I was very satisfied with the results! I'm touched. If I get the chance, I would like to ask Team Leader Eunsang Lee again.
