건물 로비에 만들어 둔 것 같은 심플하고도 특이한 매장 분위기 시크한 사장님의 접객 모두 다 새롭고 신기함 치즈 바게트가 특히 맛있고 사워도우 맛도 괜찮다 다들 아시겠지만 사서 바로 먹으면 제일 맛있으니 바로 드시길~!

Visited The Velo to buy some meal bread. I asked about the shelf life and they explained everything in detail — really appreciated that. The bread was light, nutty, and super delicious. I'm moving to a new neighborhood soon but plan to order delivery to keep eating it. Wishing you all the best!
