The new room was no different, it was full of dust and the flooring was all worn down, making it worse than a guest house. 1. Service change. When I first went to the front desk, they didn't even seem to know me. I thought he wasn't a front desk employee because he was dressed like a gangster and what he was doing. As I was waiting for about 5 minutes, they asked me if I had made a reservation, and without even saying a word, I asked them to cancel with one hand... and I asked for a refund.
