Went to pick up a half-price parcel delivery on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 10:04 p.m. There was a male employee. When I said I was there to pick it up, he just motioned with his hand for me to show the barcode on my phone. After that, from handing over the item to giving me the receipt and me leaving, he didn’t say a single word. He’s probably a part-timer, but I wonder if the owner knows that employees who act like they don’t belong in service work drive customers away. One bad part-timer can ruin the whole store’s image.
