I get that they're busy. But when I asked for ketchup the staff literally tossed it at me;; One of the two burgers was cold, and the other one had a menu item I didn't even order lol. No apology for the mistake. They said they'd remake it but didn't bring it to me — just yelled "XX burger is ready~" and I had to go get it myself. And the wrapper had sauce smeared all over it... Lost all goodwill 🥲 Came for a nice meal and left in a bad mood. Should've just gone to the McDonald's next door ¯ࡇ¯ lol

Every time I come, it takes 30 minutes or more just to get my food. Delivery orders keep getting bumped ahead of dine-in ones — if that's how it is, please just stop accepting in-store orders when it's busy. Feels like my own fault for coming back after waiting last time too. If you're fine waiting 30 minutes for a burger, come on in. Does corporate do any store management at all?
