올때마다 음식 받기까지 30분 이상이 걸리네요. 배달 주문 순서를 계속 앞으로 끼워넣어주고, 이럴거면 바쁠땐 매장 주문은 막으셔야죠. 저번에 기다리고 또 먹으러 온 제 잘못 같네요. 30분 기다려서 버거 먹으실 분은 오세요. 맘터 본사는 매장 관리를 전혀 안하나요?

I get that they're busy. But when I asked for ketchup the staff literally tossed it at me;; One of the two burgers was cold, and the other one had a menu item I didn't even order lol. No apology for the mistake. They said they'd remake it but didn't bring it to me — just yelled "XX burger is ready~" and I had to go get it myself. And the wrapper had sauce smeared all over it... Lost all goodwill 🥲 Came for a nice meal and left in a bad mood. Should've just gone to the McDonald's next door ¯ࡇ¯ lol
