Michelin-winning pork soup!! The soup is really rich, the meat is really soft, and it doesn't have a bad smell. It's the soup of a lifetime. The kimchi and radish radish are really delicious too.^^ It was worth waiting for the catch table after eating the soup. I will come again when I want ^^

It's clean pork soup without any odor. The boiled pork is also delicious. I don't eat rice when I eat soup, but I have to choose the rice separately from the options. The store is newly opened, so it's clean and tidy, so it's good for eating alone.
I visited Jamsil because it was hot these days, and the atmosphere was really nice. The wood-toned interior has a calm and clean feel, making it perfect for having a drink or a meal. Because it was a soup base, it was easy to eat without pressure, and the soup was clean, so it was good to eat with alcohol. It had no unpleasant smell and was simple in style, so it was a taste I kept reaching for. It's good as a snack or enough for a meal, so I think it would be good for a group of people. Overall, I was satisfied with both the atmosphere and the taste, and I recommend it if you are looking for a good place to have a quick drink in Jamsil. Next time, I’ll try other menus! 🍶✨

I came back last time because the wait was over! I tried adding seasoned boiled pork sundae to the 2-person set. It was even more delicious because the soup had no unpleasant smell and was chewy! The seasoning was just right, so I enjoyed it😆 (I personally found the seasoned pork with cold water delicious.👍) The staff were friendly and there was a baby chair, so I was able to use it without any inconvenience.👍

Awesome soup restaurant in Jamsil! It didn’t get 24 or 25 Michelin stars for nothing. An insight that takes the lead in the advancement of pork soup. I was able to eat it cleanly and heartily. The cold water meat is also unique and very delicious. The wait was an hour and a half during a holiday lunch, but it was quickly shortened to about 40 minutes! Make a reservation with Catch Table! Susume~~!!

I came here because it was new and it was so delicious! The soup has a deep pork taste (?) haha. Adding minced garlic gives it a new taste. The store is spacious and the staff are friendly. It’s not for nothing that this restaurant was selected as a Michelin Bib Gourmand for 3 consecutive years 👍🏻
I went to the collaboration store of Anmok Boksundo, a famous Busan Bib Gourmand restaurant located near Seokchon Lake in Jamsil Station. The inside of the store was decorated with a calm wood-tone interior, making it feel like a high-end meal. I sat down and ordered the signature pork soup, and I was satisfied because the food came out faster than I expected. The soup was a clear style with no pork smell at all, and it had a deep and refreshing taste with plenty of minced garlic. It was not greasy or greasy. It was a soup that anyone could enjoy without any preference as it was not too thick and had a clean broth taste. The meat was boiled very gently and had an excellent texture that melted in your mouth, and the portion was quite generous. In particular, when I added the spicy kimchi that came with it to the meat, the spicy and umami flavors harmonized well.

*This is a review written after two visits. To be honest, since it is a place where they serve only one pig, it will definitely be loose, but each has its own unique charm. I think that mixed soup is better if you order boiled pork. Because it is made of pork belly, it can be layered with soup. Personally, the cold pork is really clean and even though it is sliced thinly, it is wide and plentiful and has a lot of flavor. Anyway, the taste of the soup is clean but heavy, and the zucchini stew is rustic. The texture of the sliced pumpkin and the balance of liver are good. I think it would be good as a soju side dish. Above all, Anmok Soju is sold only here, and it is a bit expensive.... You can't get it anywhere else, and the balance of ginger and sweet persimmon is excellent. To be honest, 1st place Anmok Soju, 2nd place, cold meat, 3rd place soup, and so on. This is my ranking.

As someone from Gyeongsang, I like to think I know a thing or two about dwaeji-gukbap, and this was tasty. The broth has a tonkotsu-ramen feel, with a solid garlic kick and meaty vibes, and yeah, the Bib Gourmand is well deserved,,,~ I got in at number 28 before break time and didn’t wait long.

It seems to be well known for its dwaeji-gukbap. There were all kinds of seating, and it was easy to eat alone too. The soup was packed with meat. It felt like half meat, half broth. The broth tasted like chicken stock, just as expected. It has a light dakgaejang-like feel. The suyuk comes out really pale and milky-looking. It's soft and mild. There are several side dishes, and the kkakdugi is tasty too. I think I'll come often. 🍚
