I visited the Gasan branch of Aewol Bread Factory again today :-) It is a bakery cafe with Jeju sensibility. It is spacious and clean, so it is a good place to take a break, so I visit it often. The Jeju buckwheat salt bread had a light yet addictive taste with the savory taste of buckwheat and the saltiness of salt, and the bread itself was not too much, so I was satisfied. The Serenity herbal tea I chose instead of coffee had a mild and comfortable scent, and the rooibos bilberry tea went well with bread thanks to its subtle berry scent. This is a place I recommend if you want to feel the Jeju atmosphere in Gasan.♡♡♡

This is a bakery cafe that is great to visit near Gasan Digital Complex. The interior has a Jeju-style feel and the overall atmosphere is clean and comfortable. There are a variety of breads and a good selection of both meal breads and dessert breads. The buttery scent is not overpowering and the taste is light, so it’s easy to enjoy. The coffee tasted great with bread too!

It's been a while since I came here, but it's still delicious!! Mom got the last remaining snowman cake lol!!!! It's not Jeju Island, but it feels like I'm on Jeju Island. I really like it. The store is spacious and comfortable!!! I came to buy a snowman cake, but if I didn't have it, I would have been in big trouble haha. It was delicious~!!

Perhaps because I always come here after work, a lot of bread is sold out, but the other breads are also delicious. The atmosphere is nice, so you can go alone or with friends or family. The staff are friendly, and there is something to see at the goods booth(?) on the first floor, which is nice.

It's chewy on the outside and moist on the inside~ It's after lunch, so I'm full, but I can't give up coffee and bread today. Walnut bread was my pick, but I think the Aewol country bread I tried for the first time today will also be my top pick. I usually go during the day and it's good to have a seat, but bread seems to be served in the morning, so I was able to choose bread today as well~^^

The Aewol Bread Factory I saw in Jeju Island is also in Gasan, so I visited it! There were many signature breads and only a few popular breads left! But it seemed like they kept making the bread and setting it up right away! The bread was unusual and delicious, unlike other bakeries! The disappointing thing is that I ordered a vanilla latte, but it felt like the taste of warm milk was stronger. I was a little disappointed. Please give it a try~

It's been a while since I've been to a bakery cafe... Because it was December, the Christmas tree was decorated and they were taking orders for Christmas cake... We bought sweet potato bread, which the baby likes, and the popular salt bread, and had a cup of coffee. The savory coffee was also delicious... It was quiet since there weren't many people in the morning, so we enjoyed it.

The store is spacious and the floor height is high, so the interior is nice. There are many unique types of bakeries and they are good value for money. The Jeju buckwheat salt bread is crispy and has a good texture, and the walnut bean paste pie is not too sweet and delicious. Hallasan Fossil Chocolat is thick and goes well with coffee.
