성수 올 일 있어서 처음 들렸는데 맛있게 잘 먹었어요! 육수도 면이랑 밸러스도 잘 맞아요

마루블랙은 국물맛이 정말 깊고 진해서 한입 먹자마자 만족감이 확 올라오는 곳이에요. 마제소바는 감칠맛이 좋아서 면만 먹고 끝내기 아쉬워 결국 밥까지 비벼 먹게 되더라고요. 혼자 방문해도 부담 없는 바 자리도 잘 되어 있어서 편하게 식사할 수 있었고, 사장님도 친절하셔서 기분 좋게 머물다 왔어요. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다!

평소엔 돈까스 먹었었는데 돈까스도 맛있고 라멘도 맛있네요ㅎㅎ 혼밥하기 좋아용!

We ordered the pork cutlet and ramen together, and the combo was great! The cutlet was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, so the texture was spot on. Best of all, it came with plenty of vegetables and rice, so it made for a filling meal. The salad was fresh too, which really balanced out the richness 👍 The ramen had a light, clean broth, so it was easy to keep eating. It wasn’t greasy, so I could finish it feeling clean, and the chashu and soft-boiled egg were pretty good quality. Overall, I was happy with the portions and the flavor balance, so I’d come back again! Good good

I don't really love ramen, but the texture was great, the egg was cooked just right, and the flavor was deep and rich, so I really enjoyed it. I'd definitely like to stop by again if I'm ever passing through.

The pork cutlet was fried perfectly, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The meat had a good thickness, so the texture was great, and it was juicy too. The breading wasn't too heavy, so it felt less greasy and was easy to finish. The sauce also wasn't too strong, which I liked because it didn't overpower the tonkatsu itself. Overall, the flavors were well balanced, and I'd come back again.
