It's been a while since I went to eat sushi. The children's sushi composition is good, so my child eats it well :) The Minori assortment and special sushi are also delicious. I recommend it♡

I packed Minoris Special and the Una Takodung was so delicious. The owner is also very friendly. I will go again.

I went there because it seemed like something new had opened around the company, but the server was so unfriendly that I didn't like it, and he almost slammed the soup and side dishes on the sushi table, so it didn't feel that good. Well... I don't think I'll go again, and the owner only stayed inside, so I'm not sure. But the sushi was all okay, but the uni was very fishy... I don't think I'll ever visit again!!

Minori's special and signature menu, Minori Assorted Sushi, is a combination of flounder, salmon, and shrimp, and is the perfect amount and taste to serve as a meal or accompaniment. I wasn't feeling well that day so there was no alcohol, but it was a good local Japanese restaurant with plenty of sushi, udon, and fried shrimp.

They serve assorted sushi and special sushi, and they come out neatly. It's nice that there's no wasabi in the sushi, so you can eat it however you like, and the atmosphere in the store is cozy.

After searching a lot for restaurants in Kaisen-dong, I ended up at Minori in Mullae-dong. The food came out quickly and was so delicious that I had a happy evening. I heard it was a famous aged raw fish restaurant, and perhaps that's why the raw fish itself was fresh, very chewy, and sliced ​​thickly, so I really liked it. Is the amount a bit small when you first receive it? But eating udon and salad together was really...just right, and with a beer to go with it, it couldn't have been better than this. Recommended if you are looking for a restaurant with fermented raw fish or Kaisen-dong. really. / The bathroom is outside, so it’s not very clean!

I ordered a special sushi set from Minori, a sushi restaurant near Mullae Station. I enjoyed the moment when my mouth was filled with fresh fish, but some of the fish tasted a little underpowered, which left me disappointed. In particular, the uni, which I was looking forward to, had a flavor, but it had a strong sea scent, so there were people who liked it and disliked it. Still, the sweetness of the sweet shrimp and the oily softness of the Odoro were impressive, and the buckwheat noodles and croquette served on the side helped to finish the meal neatly. The overall composition was excellent, but I wish there were one or two points that were a little fresher.

I visited Minori, a popular izakaya at night and a sushi restaurant during the day near Mullae Station. From the outside, it feels like a local Japanese restaurant, but when you go inside, you feel even more like you're in Japan. I had Komoku Kaisendon, and the raw fish was all fresh and even included cold buckwheat flour, so I was full. Next time, I'll stop by for a beer in the evening after work~!
