I went into the store, but there was no one at the counter, so I pretended to be popular, but there was no response, so I called over there. An employee came out with an unpleasant expression, and he just looked at me and asked why I was calling, and didn't even say "Can I help you?", so I said, "Please take my order first," and asked for the cake to be wrapped. The employee's cold and unpleasant attitude continued throughout the ordering and payment process. Please watch the CCTV and give me some education. He snorted and looked dumbfounded and said, “This is how I am.” When I went back to ask for the receipt, he and another employee were swearing at me, and when he saw me, his expression turned sour and he told me to take the receipt myself. This was the first time in my life that I even asked an employee for my name. The worst response.

Americano coffee is delicious and smells good ☕️ It doesn't have any acidity, so it's not overwhelming, and it's clean, so I enjoyed drinking it. However, the store's staff response seems to need improvement 🥲

Be careful with the cakes in this house. There are a lot of quality issues. When I cut the whole cake I bought in the morning in the afternoon, the sheet separated and peeled off just by touching it with a knife. I tried one strawberry and it tasted bland. When I looked closely, I saw that it had been barked so hard that the seeds were all above the flesh (not stuck). I called and asked about the manufacturing date and they said that it was made today and that since it is a well-selling product, the quality cannot be bad. They said they would exchange it, but I waited and didn't hear back, so I went to the store. I waited for a while for the store owner to come and made a complaint, but the answer was still the same. Today, there is no way the quality is bad for a product that is selling well. Even as I looked at the peeling strawberries and the dry, twisted sheets that were separating. As a cafe business, we do not indicate the date of manufacture and say that the date of assembly of the decoration is the date of manufacture. We will refund you without apology for the quality.
