다시온 검덕산 입니다 길이 오르막길이 지그재그로 펼쳐져 있지만 등산할맛 난다고 개인적으로 생각해요 87.3m 이고 우장산의 북쪽 봉우리 래요 여기 올라오니 여자아이의 친구 어머니께서 이제 내려가자고 말을 건네고 있더라고요 (흔들그네에 2명의 여자아이들이 타고 있음. 본인 딸과 딸의 친구) 딸의 친구 왈: 싫어~~~! 친구어머니: 이제 내려가자 엄마가 기다리고 있어 딸의 친구: 왜요? 더 놀래요(초등학생 여자아이들) 꽃나무에 있는 벌을 찍으려다 우연히 그들의 말을 엿듣게 되었어요 결국은 내려갔지만 내려갈때 소리란 소리는 있는 힘껏 지르고 가더라고요 벌이 넘빠름! 할머니와 손녀가 올라와서 손녀가 할머니께 사물들을 가리키며 이게 뭐에요~? 질문하는 모습은 귀여운 모습을 띠고 있다 귀..귀여워~

다시온 검덕산 입니다 열심히 체중감량 위해 운동중입니다 초심을 찾자! 운동을 하시는분들이 제법 많습니다 우장산 보다 좀더 산에 올라가는 기쁨이 큽니다

오늘은 검덕산에 왔습니다 우장산공원에 있는 나무테크길을 걷고있네요 너무 잘해놔서 무리없이 걸을수 있어요 책장도 있어서 아이들과 의자에 앉아서 책읽어도 좋아요! 예쁜 알록달록한 꽃들이 피고 까치들과 다른 이름모를 새들이 예쁜 목소리로 노래 부르고 있습니다 오늘은 기온이 15도이고 바람도 불어서 서늘했어요 아래 입구에 트럭에서 토마토를 판매하시는데 4근에 만원이래요 1근당 1.6kg 이라고 적혀있었어요 토마토가 많이 커요! 아직 안사봤네요 다음에는 저도 사야겠어요 토마토는 몸에 좋으니까요 검덕산 정상에는 새마을지도자탑도 있으니 보러오세요~

우장산만 가다가 검덕산은 처음인데 탑도 있고 좋아요! 정상에는 운동 하시는 어르신들, 벤치에서 휴식 하시는 분들이 여유롭고 평화로워 보여요 저도 간만에 정상에서 휴식 하고 갑니다☺️

Today, after dinner, I came to Geomdeoksan, across from Ujangsan, for a walk. At first I even thought this place was part of Ujangsan, but it’s called Geomdeoksan. If Ujangsan is gentle, this one has a bit more slope, and climbing uphill is actually kind of fun. Just walking up makes me short of breath. I’d recommend this place over Ujangsan for a morning workout, though doing both would be even better!! Ujangsan feels less scary even if you go late on summer nights, but here it gets a bit scary if you go alone after 7:30 p.m. Even if you don’t sweat at first, once you reach the Saemaeul Tower at the top, you’ll be drenched. I recommend it as a morning exercise course!! I went up after eating a lot, so it was hard ㅠㅠ I’m planning to start morning workouts again. There’s even a shoe cleaner, but the phone signal is terrible here. I have 5G, but it drops to 3G. And there’s no restroom.

Back at Geomdeoksan again! Lost some weight since last time but hiking is still just as hard lol. Geomdeoksan was apparently used for rain prayer rituals in the old days. There's a Saemaeul Leaders' Tower here, and if you walk down the pretty trail from it, it leads down to Deungchon-dong. Asked an elderly man in sunglasses heading that way. After 7:30 the number of people coming to exercise starts growing one by one. They don't stay long — just do a few laps then head down or move on to Ujangsan. So glad to be back!
