There is an urgent need for training for Musinsa employees. It is not only about finding products, but whether they are just here to play or work.. Please provide some service training to Musinsa offline shop employees and let them work hard..

It was nice to have a variety of designs and popular brands, as expected from Musinsa. However, the store employees were a bit unfriendly. Even when paying, I couldn't hear their voices at all, so I couldn't hear what they were saying, and many people were very rude.

I came here believing in the Musinsa brand, but today I was left in a bad mood because of the staff at the 3rd floor checkout counter. As a service worker, I try to be as understanding as possible, but this line has been crossed. I usually don't use things like this, but I feel so bad.

The female employee at the payment desk on the first basement floor is very unfriendly. They are so unfriendly to Koreans, but I wonder how much they will react to foreigners who cannot speak Korean. On Monday, January 5th, around 1:50 PM, a fitting room employee (blonde, female) on the 2nd floor said, “I don’t know what the information manual says, but there are up to 3 fitting rooms. There are 5 of them?” I thought I heard wrong. There wasn't a single person in the fitting room, and I said I would take a quick look when my friend came out after changing clothes, but I was always in the fitting room. You told me to go outside? Fitting room line. I was standing outside, and while he was talking on his phone to see if I could come in at all, he kept glaring at me. When I asked another employee about the fitting room rules, he said there were no such rules. Congratulations on becoming the king of the fitting room.
