맛은 있으나 서비스가 불친절하네요,, 홀에서 먹기전에 미리 전화주문을 하는데 본인들 바쁘니 직접와서 주문을 하라고 하고 홀에 도착해서 주문을 하고나서 저희가 직접 미리 앞접시를 테이블에 두고 기다리다가 음식이 나와서 직원분이 음식을 테이블에 올려두는데 음식접시와 저희 앞접시가 부딪혀서 소리 크게 났는데 그냥 가시고,, 위 행동들에 대해선 사과가 일절없었습니다 ,,저희도 별대응없이 기분나쁜상태로 빨리 먹고 나왔어요

It was Christmas Eve so I figured delivery would take forever, so I ordered pickup instead — but right from approval it said pickup in an hour, so I thought wow, must be swamped. Then the estimated time passed and no 'ready' notification, so I figured they were just too busy to press complete, and showed up around 8:50pm. Only then did they tell me my order had been missed and they'd cook it now ㅡㅜ Waited 20 minutes. Got my food with zero apology or courtesy item. The chicken I ordered to eat together was already cold. I'm so angry.
