The staff moved a bottled product to the edge of the counter without informing me about its placement or asking about a bag. The payment terminal is on the staff's side, so as I pulled my hand back after paying, my elbow knocked the bottle off — I didn't even know it was there. It's hard to accept being told it's the customer's fault when the product hadn't been handed over and I wasn't aware of its position. Basic improvements are needed for terminal placement and how bottled products are handled.
