서울역 앞이라 위치가 정말 좋아요 출장올때마다 여기서 묵는데 이동 스트레스가 전혀 없습니다 가격도 합리적이고 객실도 깨끗하고 만족스러웠어요 ㅎㅎ 직원분들도 진짜 친절하세요. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 정말 만족스럽게 묵고 가요! 작은 문의에도 친절하게 답해주셔서 감사합니다!!

체크인전에 짐 보관도 해주시고 서울역에서 매우 가까워서 출장으로 이용하기 매우 편안했습니다.

그저 똥 드라이기는 망가져서 안에서 타는냄새랑 연기나서 쓰지도 못했고 방에서 냄새남 가격대비 너무 안좋음 엘리베이터 없음 방에서 바퀴벌래 소리들려서 하나도 못잠 대로변 옆에있어서 개시끄러움 정말 급한일정 으로 울며겨자먹기로 어거지로 이용했는데 두번다시 이용 안한듯 외국인 상대로 영업하는거 같은데 가격 양심껏좀 해야할듯

가는길에 노숙자분들로 인해 좀 불편했지만 진짜 가깝고 숙소 깨끗하고 굿굿!!! 2일동안 잘 지냈어용

침구류는 깨끗하고 수건도 충분히 주셔서 잘쓰고 왔는데....딱히 방이 잘 관리된 느낌은 아니었습니다ㅠ 진짜 작긴했는데 새끼바퀴가 있더군요ㅠㅜ 서울역근처에서 볼일도 있고해서 위치상 가지는 장점이 크네요

룸상태는 좋았구요 침구도 깨끗햇구요 다만 에어컨이 최대로했는데도 약해서..빨리 안시원해져요 근데 계속틀어놓으니 시원해지긴했지만 화장실 샤워기 수압이 좀 약해요 직원분도 친철하구 좋았는데 건물들어가는 입구부터 3층까지 쾌쾌한 냄새가 넘 심했어요 건물이오래되서그런가.. 입구에 노숙자들도 많고ㅠ 그래도 가성비좋은 숙소였어요

A cockroach came out in the room so I couldn't sleep that night.. The building interior is old so it's creepy even during the day. And the door password was written right on the door so locking it at night felt pointless ㅠㅠ The towels had some kind of stain on them too ㅠㅠ Overall it was pretty bad. But at least the staff was friendly.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean — liked it. Downside is the stairs to the guesthouse look like they haven't been cleaned in a while, and no elevator which was a bummer. But the subway is right in front and Seoul Station is nearby, so I'll probably use this place again when visiting Seoul.

Not just bad — absolutely terrible. Nothing close to a hotel; more like a cramped studio apartment. Stained sheets, constant noise (they handed us earplugs at the front desk — should've been a sign) and more. I rarely write reviews, but this place is the worst value for the price.
