김성운셰프님의 포차포포. 이곳은 미슐랭 파인다이닝 요리맛을 기대하고 오시면 안되고, 셰프님 고향시절 그 맛을 셰프님의 방식대로 만들어내신 태안의 포차로 생각하시면 될거같습니다. 색다른메뉴들과 아는메뉴들의 조화가 좋습니다. 김탕이 이렇게 맛있는거 였구나 얻어갑니다.

고흥 굴찜이 정말 신선하고 크고 맛있었습니다. 굴+올리브오일+레몬 조합은…. 처음느껴보는 짜릿하고 럭셔리했습니다. 김성운 셰프님이 “통영 굴보다 더 고급지고 맛나는 고흥 굴”이라는 설명과 함께 손수 다 까주셔서 더 맛나게 먹었답니다. 🦪🦪🦪🦪
