Good for a walk

Taking a quiet walk like this at the end of the year naturally clears my mind. A lot has happened this year, and another year is coming to an end. In a little while, 2026 will begin. It's a night when I want to be thankful for the time that has passed and calmly welcome the coming days. I hope that everyone who reads this will be filled with health, peace, and small joys in their daily lives in the new year. Happy New Year!

After dinner, I stopped at a local park to go for a walk. They say that walking a little after a meal is good for your body. So, if possible, we are putting it into practice.

It's a great place to take a walk after eating. I'm taking a walk after lunch.

Next to the company is Yeoksam Culture Park. It's a 3-minute walk, so it's within reach if you want to. The weather is quite cold, but if you sit in the office for a long time, both your body and mind become sluggish. So, I come out like this, even if just for a little while. Cold air passes by my face, and my breath becomes clearer. My steps are slow, but my thoughts are clear. The cold weather actually awakens my spirit. It's okay if you don't walk for a long time. Just the fact that you take a short walk revives the rhythm of your day. It's very cold, but these walks help me get through today.

It’s a small park in Kukkiwon. It even has a parking lot :) I went up for a walk after dinner and it was perfect because it wasn't crowded and there was exercise equipment.

This is a great trail to walk with your dog. Sunshine hitting your toes, leaves shaking in the wind, and a little friend wagging its tail next to you. This time of walking side by side in silence is very precious. Even in a busy day, if you stop for a moment like this, you will realize how warm life is. I hope today is as gentle and peaceful as the clear eyes of a dog. Happiness is not far away. Now, I am on this walking path.

The parking lot is in the middle of the city, so the view from the nearby WeWork shower room is really pretty. Holly's is close by, and the parking lot is far away, so it's easy to park.
