The food is nice and delicious. It doesn't have an artificial taste, and you can even eat the sauce. The pasta, which has chewy noodles similar to udon noodles and is full of cheese flavor, is eaten slowly and savored. The meatballs had a refreshing tomato flavor, so I ate them cleanly.^^

I tasted the essence of Italian pasta. It's not the pasta you usually taste, but a taste that can only be experienced abroad? The thick pasta noodles (bigoli) are bouncy and unique!! The herb shower dough is also full of flavor! Certified as a delicious restaurant!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
A great restaurant that exceeded my expectations 🤍🏡 Tomato Basil, Black Sesame Carbonara The sauce is really special and the chewy noodles are so tantalizing that I remember it even after eating it! After ordering with QR at your seat, you can pay later, so it’s easy to choose the menu!
I visited Tarai a week ago and enjoyed it so much that I made a reservation right away saying I wanted to go to Tarai for my next meeting, so I came back. I ordered Egg in Pukatori and Tomato Pesto Bigoli, which I couldn't eat last time, and Tarai Kacho with Pepe and Lemon Oil, which I had delicious last time. At Egg in Pukatori, I ordered additional baked sourdough and ate it all. I couldn't say hello to the chef because he was busy, but I'd like to say that I enjoyed the meal next time^^

It's been a while since I had a leisurely date on a weekday, and my mood was ruined ☹️ Not only was the food salty, but the female staff member was holding the bread with her bare hands and putting sauce on it? Are you not using sanitary gloves? I guess the herb pesto I ordered was applied that way, right? But then I went out to the terrace and smoked a cigarette, and I didn't want to eat the sandwich I ordered for no reason. People working there were going out in groups to smoke, but since it was a seat near the window, the smell of cigarettes came in, and I had to leave the sandwiches behind. It was so bad.
Both the toast and pasta tasted healthy and not spicy. I could really taste the original taste of the ingredients, and the affokato was especially delicious. The espresso was delicious and the ice cream was really great. It's by far the best affokato I've ever had.
While looking around the underground exhibition space, I learned that ‘Tarai’ is ‘the name of the spatula used to stir polenta.’ I knew it was run by an Italian chef, so I wanted to visit. I was very curious because the menu was different from the pasta names we know. I ordered tarai cacho e pepe and carbonara bigoli. Tarai Kacho e Pepe is a sauce made with two types of cheese cream and pepper, and it coats the thick bigoli noodles well, giving you a rich taste. If you're feeling greasy, they gave you some lemon oil to go with it, which is also a delicacy. Carbonara was also very harmonious with hard eggs, parmesan cream, and black sesame crispy topping. I'm curious about other foods, so I plan to visit again soon^^
This is my first time trying bigoli pasta and it tastes like this. New experiences are always fun. The noodles seemed a little rough, but the more I chewed them, the more chewy and savory they became. The sandwich was really delicious because the bread was toasted well and it was savory and salty. It felt like eating a simple but very delicious Italian home-cooked meal. The space was cozy, warm, and pretty, so I enjoyed my meal even more!
I set up a wait list at 1 o'clock on Sunday and waited for about 1 hour and 10 minutes!! The interior was pretty, and there were a lot of interesting and unique menu items ♥️ I knew this was what real fresh pasta tasted like 🌝 There weren't many seats, and you could make a reservation through the app!? I'll have to make a reservation next time. The staff was friendly too. 😊
