기사님이 오늘 28(목요일) 오전 9시 전후로 오시기로 전화로 약속했는데 오늘 아침에 전화하셔서 못간다고 오후에 보낸다고 하시더라구요. 그래서 제가 설치는 어떻하냐고, 그시간에 집에 없다고 하니 그냥 놓고 가겠다, 완제품이라 그냥 옮기시면 된다 하셔서 일단 알겠다고 하고 지금 집에 와서 박스 열어보니 완제품도 아니고 조립해야하더라구요 성인 남성인지만 60키로 짜리 리클라이너를 옮기느라 30분동안 땀범벅입니다. 설치시간 약속 다 잡아놓고 당일 아침에 맘대로 시간 바꾸시는것도 모자라 설치도 떠넘기셔서 많이 당황스럽고 화가납니다. 이거 소비자가 가볍게 설치할 만한 난이도가 아닙니다. 파워 전선못찾겠고 리클라이너 밑에 케이블 타이 여기저기 묶였는데 건드려야할지도 모르겠고.배송사가항상문제인것같은데해결좀해주세요
