Decided to try bokbu-ramss (abdominal RAMS treatment) for more hands-on results! The pain was bearable and it was a chance to make a fresh commitment to myself haha. The doctor gave a thorough consultation and the treatment was great, plus the follow-up staff guidance was friendly. Now I just need to do my part!

Had my first consultation at Rams today~! The front desk was really helpful and the consultant explained everything calmly, so I felt comfortable understanding and chose this place. Excited! ^^ If you're worried about body fat, definitely come in for a consultation!
