It’s spacious and nice, with five floors, but there are outlets and they don’t seem to have any power, so charging doesn’t work?

The staff sounds polite but the actual service is unfriendly.. Worst Starbucks experience ever. The way they handled the customer before me wasn't great either..

The store is clean and the drinks are good. However, there are way too many people hogging 2+ tables by themselves compared to other locations. Even though the Singeumho branch has a whole building with lots of space, there are never any seats. Especially the laptop section needs better management. Some people even eat outside food they brought in. They need to manage the store better.
