They just showed me a picture of Unkind of Unkind and said this outfit was Brandy Melville, where is it? When I asked them, they said they didn't have any in stock, and then they came back and said they had it. LOL. I didn't feel that they were unfriendly up to this point, but the people paying the bill were playing around with each other, and the expression on their faces was obvious as they were reorganizing the inventory, probably because there were a lot of customers. Looking at the reviews, they all said it was unfriendly, but they have no intention of fixing it^^... Or is it a brand concept..?
