갈 때마다 불친절한 응대로 불쾌한 경험을 하고 있어 건의드립니다. 해당 매장은 동네에서 규모가 커 선택의 여지가 많지 않아 이용하고 있으나, 점장으로 보이는 남성 직원의 태도로 인해 방문할 때마다 기분이 상하는 일이 반복되고 있습니다. 다른 직원분들은 친절하신데, 유독 해당 점장만 불친절해 하루 기분을 망치고 돌아오는 경우가 많습니다. 매장의 책임자라면 브랜드 이미지에 맞는 응대가 필요하다고 생각합니다. 밝고 편안한 분위기에서 쇼핑할 수 있도록 해당 직원의 응대 개선 또는 담당자 변경을 검토해 주시기 바랍니다.
