There are many shabu-shabu restaurants that provide unlimited shabu, but this restaurant has the best quality. It is a shabu-shabu restaurant that focuses on original ingredients rather than a buffet-oriented restaurant with a lot of items. There are always a lot of reservations even on weekdays. I went without a reservation at an odd time and had to wait a bit to get in. The downside of this house is that the table seats in the center of the hall are extremely noisy, but fortunately there were so few people today that we were able to get separate seats. The food is good quality, unlimited, clean, and always fully booked, so it's definitely a good place. It's a bit disappointing that there are few rooms.

Thanks to the invitation, I had a very pleasant meal with a nice atmosphere and fresh meat. I enjoyed shabu-shabu with plenty of fresh vegetables in mushroom broth, fresh meat, and even risotto drizzled with truffle oil. It was a very satisfying meal.

I used to go to other Modern Shabu branches, but this is my first time coming to the Central City branch. This place is also delicious. I came here when Snow Crab Shabu was released again in the winter. The crab broth was refreshing and the crab legs were very moist and delicious! Of course, the snow crab shabu was the best,,,,♡ But the snow crab ball noodles tasted a bit like flour! But I want to eat snow crab legs again🥺

I visited the Goteo, Yeouido, and Gwanghwamun branches, and although the atmosphere at each branch was slightly different, the service and taste were the same, which was very good.

It's a great place for gatherings and a great place to eat shabu-shabu while chatting! It's a place that makes me want to come back again and again because I keep thinking about the delicious meal that comes after eating shabu-shabu~

It's my first time eating sukiyaki, and it's a little salty, but I'm satisfied and enjoyed it. It's salty and spicy, but when you dip it in egg, it's so delicious. I ate it and changed it to tomato soup, and it felt very healthy haha. It's not my style, but it's attractive in its own way. After we finished eating, they even rolled the tomato spaghetti themselves, and it was delicious! It's expensive, but it's worth it because you can have a healthy, delicious, and filling meal on your special day!

I've been to Yeouido, Gwanghwamun, and Central, but I like Central the best. I ate it with sukiyaki broth, and the meat and vegetables were all fresh and the broth was delicious. The sauce was all delicious, but I don't think there's a need to break it and prepare it since I don't like eating it with raw eggs. The stir-fried udon we had for dinner was delicious, but the seasoning was a little salty and the red pepper powder sprinkled on it was a bit spicy for our group, so I wish they had asked in advance.

This is a place where you can eat well for more than the price! The taste is so delicious, the meat refills are so convenient, and the vegetables are all fresh, which is really nice :) And if you go with two people, you definitely have to reserve a window seat! It's so convenient and great that only two people can eat while looking at the window in separate seats! Because of this seating, I think I'll make a reservation for a window seat next time at the Central City branch. The staff were all friendly, so I had a very pleasant, delicious, and filling meal 😋
