무난한 투썸맛에 매장도 넓고 좋은데 직원분들이 기계적이고 퉁명스러워 교육이 필요해보입니다. 특히 본사 이벤트라도 친절한 설명이 필요한데 이에대해 자기는 아는 것이 없다 라는 대답은 무척 성의없어보이고 기계적이었습니다.

6500 쿠키 3개 세트 상자에 담으니 박스추가비용 천원이 더붙고..거기에 전용봉투가없으니 200원을 또추가하라고 하는 투썸은 고객이 봉인가 생각이든다 상자를 천원이나받으면 봉투를 만들던가포함시키던가해야지 쿠키세트를 상자에담는사람이 본인먹으려고는 아닐테고 대부분 선물용일텐데 상자만띡줄수도없고 리본포장이있는것도아니고.. 투썸 전략 황당하고 어이없네요. 그러면서 마카롱은 전용봉투가있다고 하는데... 왜 어떤건있고 어떤건 없다고 추가비용받고 고객입장에선 불쾌한 일인거같음.본사에서 이후기 꼭보길! 그리고 가락시장점 직웍이 손님이와도 인기척이있어도 안에서 핸폰하느라 나와보지도않는다 포스든 매장에아무도없어 한참 기다리다가 안쪽에서 폰하느라정신없는 직원발견해서 불러문의함. 투썸많이 가보지만 장사할생각이 없는 곳..

급하게 구매했지만 두번다신 가고싶지않은 투썸 가락시장역점 이에요…여자 직원중에 점장 까진 아닌거같고 키작은 여자직원..요구사항 말할때마다 단칼에 거절하고 얼굴표정 뚱하고 불만많은표정에 불친절하고 인사성도없고 교육좀 제대로시키세요…3.3일 오후3시반경 있었던 여직원입니다
