​대학선배가 운영하는 신승호라멘집. 아부라소바라는 메뉴를 처음 접해봤는데, 첫 입 먹자마자 반했습니다. 소스랑 면과의 조화가 장난아니네요 ㅎㅎ 사장님이 정성을 쏟으시는 게 맛에서 그대로 느껴져요. ​오랜만에 뵌 선배님이 첨엔 못알아봤지만 반갑게 맞아주셔서 더 기분 좋은 식사였습니다. 아부라소바 좋아하시는 분들이라면 꼭 한번 들러보세요. 절대 후회 안 하실 맛입니다!

Absolutely perfect except for the insane wait. You gotta wait at least 30+ minutes — took me 4 tries before I finally got to eat, but the moment I did, it instantly became my all-time favorite aburi soba spot. The owner runs it solo with only 10 seats inside, so there's always a long line outside and turnover isn't fast. Expect 30+ min wait minimum. But it's totally worth it. Last year I went to that famous aburi soba place in Ginza, Tokyo — the one BLACKPINK Jennie visited. It was amazing, but maybe because a year has passed, today's aburi soba was even better. Most places only have samgyeopsal (pork belly) chashu, but here they have moksal (pork shoulder) chashu too — 2 kinds, which was unique. Just one egg but the flavor was intense. And when I added vinegar and rayu (chili oil) with 3 swirls as recommended, it wasn't spicy at all — just right. Even with the wait, I'll keep coming here for aburi soba.

11월에 신승호라멘집에서 아부라소바 먹고 너무 맛있어서 12월 1,2주 동안 서울 아부라소바 도장깨기를 했고 2주동안 11곳의 아부라소바를 먹어보았다 역시 근본 그자체랄까. 도쿄에서 먹었던 긴자구미처럼 처음에 라유와 식초를 3바퀴 두르고 먹는 신승호 라멘집이 최애 아부라소바 중 하나인 것 같다 충무로는 가끔 올일이 있어서 오늘도 온김에 신승호라멘집을 먹었는데,, 오늘은 목살 2종류 차슈가 나왔는데 목살 차슈가 너무 맛있었고 제가제면한 면 식감은 훌륭했고 타래소스와 기름 조화가 완벽했다 라유랑 식초를 3바퀴 뿌려서 먹으면 살짝 매콤해져서 또 다른 느낌이고 테이블 위에 셋팅된 카라미소도 뿌려보면 또 다른 맛이 나는데 다 맛있다 아부라소바 입문으로 신승호라멘집을 강추한다

아부라소바 좋아하시는분들이라면 꼭 한번 방문해보세요! 브레이크타임 끝나는 시간에 맞춰 5시 살짝 넘어갔는데 웨이팅있을정도로 인기많은곳입미다. 5시 전에 도착해서 기다리시는걸 추천드려요 🍜

As someone who has tried aburasoba at 18 places in Seoul, this is one of my favorite aburasoba spots. There are only 10 seats, so I recommend going right when it opens at 11 or after the break around 5. It's the classic aburasoba, fully true to the rayu and tare, and I recommend starting your aburasoba journey here.

They make it right away when it's your turn. Not greasy at all, just right.
