Aseuka Ramen

우와 맛집이라고 해서 와봤는데 정말 맛있어요!! 고기는 감칠맛이 나고~ 면은 탱글하고~ 육수는 깊은맛 나요 맛있어요 면 1회 주신다고 해서 먹어봤는데 와우 닭고기도 한 점 더 주시고 쫄깃해요!! 맛있는데 넉넉한 인심까지!! 아스카라멘 특! 추천!!합니다!

중대 앞의 아소카 라멘입니다. 시그니처인 아소카 라멘을 먹었는데 국물이 무지하게 깔끔하고 토핑이 종류별로 다 들어가 있어 다양한 맛을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 사이드로 시킨 블랙 교자도 일반 교자보다 맛이 훨씬 진하고 좋네요. 재방문 필히 할 것 같습니다.

학교 바로 앞이라 자주 오는데 항상 국물이 진하고 면도 너무 맛있어요😁 그리고 무엇보다 추가 면과 밥이 1회 공짜로 주시는게 최고입니다. 👍

항상 병원올때마다 들러서 먹고가는데 육수 퀄리티도 동일하구 너무맛있습니다 :)

중앙대 맛집이라고 듣고 왔는데 기대이상입니다. 제거는 소유 라멘인데 여기에 시그니처는 아스카 라멘이라고 하네요 ㅎㅎ 시그니처를 먹으러 또 올것 같아요 ㅎㅎ 교자도 검정이라 신기해서 시켜봤는데 처음먹어보는 맛이였어요 ㅎㅎ 한끼 맛있게 먹고 싶다면 추천 드려요~

"흑석동에서 라멘 생각날 땐 무조건 여기예요! 🍜 닭 육수 베이스라 그런지 국물이 진짜 진하고 깊습니다. 무엇보다 기본 토핑이 진짜 혜자... 고기랑 완자가 다양하게 올라가서 먹는 재미가 있어요. 간이 좀 세다 싶으면 육수 추가 요청하면 친절하게 맞춰주시고, 남은 국물에 밥까지 말아 먹으면 오후 수업 버틸 힘 납니다. 💪 혼밥하기도 편하고 사장님도 파이팅 넘치셔서 갈 때마다 기분 좋아지는 곳! 재방문 의사 200%입니다."

라면 육수 정말 깔끔하고 맛있네요. 대학가에서 맛볼수있는 최고 라멘집이넉요!

This ramen is on par with the best you'd find in Japan — absolutely love it. Highly recommend!

Was torn between tendon and ramen for lunch but went with my first choice, Asuka Ramen. The owner graduated from a university in Yokohama and spent 10+ years in Japan's restaurant industry before opening this ramen shop in Korea — a big dream realized. Inside it's a cozy open kitchen with an L-shaped counter. Not huge but the wood-tone interior is clean and nice. The constant J-pop really adds to the authentic vibe. Went for the Asuka tantan-men with a side of gyoza. The well-cooked noodles, rich ramen broth, and green onions hit a perfect balance. Seasoning was spot-on but they'll adjust on request. The meat balls are a sneaky highlight! The gyoza that followed was delicious too — the wrapper is perfectly crispy outside and juicy inside. Rooting for the owner's dream!

Stopped by for a meal before class and the broth was rich and the chashu was smoked so it tasted amazing. Definitely trying other items on the menu next time 👍👍👍👍
