I came to Cheolsanjang, which was on my bucket list, and the broth was impressive, as clear and meaty as Jin* Pyeongyang naengmyeon, and I really liked the stewed intestines. I also enjoyed the simple, North Korean-style dumplings I received as a review service.

The combination of clean Pyongyang naengmyeon, sweet and sour bibim naengmyeon, and dumplings was very good 👍 It was a large portion and perfect for lunch. Looking around, I saw that they also ordered a lot of pork ribs, and the smell was so tempting that I definitely want to order ribs the next time I come. It was a delicious meal. 😄

It's a pretty famous place in Yeongdeungpo, but it was my first time going there. I was a bit surprised by the rather hip exterior of Dot, which is lined with ironworks. The inside was even more interesting. I think the owner has a good sense of interior design. The food was also great. I ordered seasoned pork ribs, cold noodles, and dumplings, and it came out well as a neat side dish. The meat is grilled over charcoal, cut, and then cooked in broth to eat, eliminating the inconvenience of having to cut the seasoned meat and burn it. I had a glass of Terra because it was in the back of Seonju, and it was a pretty good combination. I had a good time.

North Korean-style dumpling soup made by hand every day! 🥟It is by far the best dumpling soup I have ever eaten. 👍The soup is clean, and the natural tofu taste of the dumplings is really good without being overwhelming. The basic side dishes are clean and delicious, so it is good for children. 🙆♂️🙋♀️ Mulgalbi, which is moist and moist, is delicious with peppers because the seasoning is sweet, but I like it. I ate it with pollack roe mayo sauce and it was just my style. I couldn't eat the noodles because it was during break time, but I will definitely come back again next time, 1000%!!

As the weather warmed up, I remembered Pyongyang naengmyeon, and visited "Cheolsanjang" located in Mullae-dong of Sindorim Station, which I always wanted to visit. The interior was impressive with a retro feel, a renovated old factory located in an alley of an ironworks factory, which made me wonder if this was the right path, but it was worth going that far. As I took a sip of the clear meat-flavored broth, I felt that it was as strong as the traditional Pyeongyang naengmyeon, and the buckwheat noodles that were made at home were delicious, especially the salted shrimp. The boiled pork with seasoned pollack was well-boiled and delicious. Now that spring is here, I will have to go on a tour of the new Pyeongnang restaurant that I have always listed. I enjoyed it.
Wow wow~~ The space is spacious and the atmosphere is hip. I changed to bus number 1. I had saved it as a place I really wanted to visit, and came here with the feeling of traveling on a weekday off. As soon as I entered the entrance, the smell of delicious pork ribs and the sight of people making dumplings caught my eye. The music is good and the interior is nice. Needless to say, the taste is amazing. I enjoyed the cold naeng (naengnaeng), dumplings, and even pork meat.

I took a picture of you making the dumplings yourself haha.. The Pyeongyang cold noodles were delicious and there are a lot of people eating the Mulgalbi~! Oh, there were quite a few people who came to eat alone. As expected, the clean taste of pyeongnaeng is on a different level from the naengmyeon at a regular meat restaurant. Ah...! I'm going to stamp my feet in Mullae-dong, a hot place that is emerging as the second Seongsu-dong 👍

Pyeongyang Dumplings, as the name suggests, all the food is light and delicious because you can feel the natural taste of the ingredients :) The staff was very friendly and especially the large portion options were unique and good! There wasn't a message saying the meat starts from 2 people, so I thought I'd have to eat just one meat, but there was a minimum order. Since I went for brunch, I'll try the meat the next time I visit during dinner time.

It was my first time trying Mulgalbi at Mullae, and it was a satisfying meal! The side dishes were presented nicely and went well with the meat. The Pyeongyang naengmyeon was simple and clean, and you can add noodles to the mulgalbi, which added sweetness and allowed you to enjoy a variety of flavors. I highly recommend it!

A hidden restaurant in the neighborhood. The kids eat it well, and it's their first time eating Pyeonnaeng, but it tastes good, the meat isn't dry, and all the side dishes are delicious and fresh. There wasn't a good place to eat ribs around here, but I think I'll come here often. The staff are also very friendly!
