There is a level difference in the room. You need to be careful when using the facilities. There are steps in the bathroom path, so please use them carefully. I fell and my Achilles tendon was exposed. Due to the laceration, I had to clean the area and have suture surgery. My ankle was fixed and I lived in a cast for more than 3 weeks. If complications occur after the first surgery, I need a second surgery. Everyone, be careful!!! Since insurance did not cover the surgery, I had to pay for outpatient treatment with my own money. Compensation should come first rather than supplementation!!!!!

I had great memories of the staycation I had two years ago, so I came back! The room was warm and there was a bathtub, so it was completely healing to relax in the warm water. I took a good rest and left 💆🏻‍♀️

Every time I visit, I bring back good memories. The various amenities and small interior details are pleasing to the eye. It looks like a lot of attention has been paid to making it comfortable to relax, such as drinks in the refrigerator, humidifier, charger, and bath salt. Parking is also easy.

I go on business six times a year, and I always stay at the Owol Hotel. The interior is clean, the bedding is good, and the temperature in the room is controlled especially well, so I sleep well. For now, it's more comfortable than other hotels. One thing that disappointed me was that there was too much of a cigarette smell in the bathroom. Next time I go, please make sure to secure it so I can spend my time in a good environment.
