I attended Dr. Seulong Kim's <Hunminjeongeum Haeryebon Reading Together> at Seoul Book Bogo Jamsil and it was a useful and fun lecture. Before the lecture began, I listened to the composer's song of <Hunminjeongeum Preface> and also told me about the performances he was traveling around the world to promote Hangul. After the lecture, I drank sweet and soft vanilla au lait at Cafe Leisure, looked around the quiet neighborhood seen through the large windows, and read a book 📚 📖 It was nice. I have to come again next time.

It was my first time coming to Seoul Bookstore in front of Jamsilnaru Station. It was a space that captivated book lovers, with pop-up bookshelves whose curation changed each season, a relaxed cafe with hand-drip coffee, a taste shop with goods, and a writing space. Until 9/21, Ginkgo Publishing and Butterfly Club are operating a pop-up bookstore with the theme “Cold Weather Warning, Cool Bookstore.” It's fun to look at, and I like that I can read the book and then buy it right away. I will stop by again when the theme of the exhibition changes.

Quinoa Juice Smoothie~ I like that they serve it in an ice cup.
A space surrounded by books is always right. Enjoy a brief moment of leisure in the middle of the afternoon while walking through the book cave of Seoul Book Bogo. The curation of books, including literature and philosophy, is diverse between the spaces divided by iron arches. Should I go this way or that way? The structure that arouses curiosity is clever ^^ It is so large that you will need half a day to see and enjoy it all. There are also a variety of reading-related goods and items. Enjoy a glass of Kenya Ttunguri AA at the cafe inside. The acidity was subtle and it was drinkable. It's perfect for enjoying the sunlight on the bean bag sofa or reading in the inner seat with a book shelf. 3-4 minutes walk from Jamsil Naru Line 2. If I lived here, I would want to come here every day. I mainly wandered around Gwanghwamun, Jung-gu, and Jongno-gu, but when I came out to Jamsil, I found it to be a different class. Jamsil and Songpa residents, I envy you^^

The space is spacious, so the air isn't stuffy, which is nice. The atmosphere of reading a book is good and everything is good, but one thing I would like to change is that the background music keeps playing a piano version of a famous pop song, but the lyrics keep coming back to me and I can't concentrate... And about 5 songs are repeated endlessly...
It was a 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Jamsilnaru Station on Seoul Subway Line 2. The reopened Seoul Bookstore went beyond being a used bookstore and was reborn as a book culture platform. The sensuous space design captivated me from the entrance where arched iron bookshelves were visible. It had a variety of spaces such as pop-up bookshelves, transcription spaces, and taste shops, so it was fun to stay. I loved the leisurely time reading a book while drinking hand-drip coffee at Cafe ‘Neugeut’. There were talks and donated bookshelves, so it seemed like it would be possible to experience a variety of cultures centered around books. I had a deep time with the smell of used books and the neatly organized books, adding memories and reflections.
