에스앤유피부과 치료받고 갔는데 약사 할머니 전화통화중이세요 기다리라마라 말도없이 전화 안끊고 계속 통화하시며 손님응대를 안하시네요. 5분 넘게 알고싶지않은 개인 통화 들으며 (개인약속 의례적 인사내용…) 아기 안고서 기다렸어요. 기다리면서도 사적인 전화를 손님 앞에서 이렇게 길게 하실 줄 몰랐네요….당황스럽고 기분이 썩 좋지 않네요. 복약 안내도 하는둥 마는둥 너무 대충 해주셔서… 약봉투에 다행히 인쇄된 내용 있어서 확인 했네요.
