I came here because I heard it was a good restaurant. The table is set up like eating in Japan. The soup is rich and the noodles are chewy.

I ordered Tonkotsu Ramen, Mazesoba, and Yaki Gyoza. The tonkotsu broth is very rich and delicious. Maje Ramen noodles are springy and chewy. It reminds me of the Ichiban ramen I had in Osaka. May you prosper. I intend to visit again haha.

I visited after reading the reviews. The food is even more delicious than the reviews or photos and the colors are well-balanced. The Lemon Shio Ramen is seasoned just right and the flavor of the kelp-infused broth is wonderful. The Donburi Katsudon and Karaage Don are good with the spicy rice and the sauce ingredients. The side Yaki Gyoza is a classic! As soon as you take a bite, you can feel the richness of the broth. Thank you for the best dish. ^^

I visited Menya Ichibang Gocheok branch to eat Jiro Ramen. (3rd visit) This time, I ordered the same Jiro Ramen (whole wheat noodles/thick noodles), and the noodles were definitely thick, giving it a good texture, and the broth was quite thick, so I was very satisfied overall. Katsusando is a good accompaniment, and the portion size is not small, so you can eat a full meal in one meal. I visited without a reservation, but it was also nice that I was able to enter right away without waiting. The atmosphere is comfortable for eating alone, so accessibility is good.

Visual passed! It's so delicious. I had high expectations for **Tonkotsu Ramen**, the signature menu item at Menya Ichibang, but it was as delicious as I expected!!! (Not a review of Chatji PT)

It's my first time here. I tried Jiro Ramen because it's their signature dish. It's so delicious. I think the Jiro Ramen here is much better than the tonkotsu ramen I usually eat at other stores. I'll come back often!
