정편백 청량리본점에서 가쓰오 육수의 우삼겹 샤브샤브를 중심으로 한 식사를 해봤는데, 전반적으로 너무 맛있었어요! 가쓰오 육수는 은은하면서도 깊은 감칠맛이 살아 있어서 우삼겹과 정말 잘 어울렸고, 고기의 담백함을 한층 올려줘요. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶어요!

정편백은 진짜 가성비 대박입니다. 채소도 신선하고 고기질도 좋습니다! 요즘 이가격에 샤브샤브 이렇게 푸짐하게 먹기힘든데, 잘 먹고 갑니다~ 앞으로 자주 올 것 같습니다! 단골 예약 맛집 강추합니디!!

가족3인이 롯데시네마명화보기전에 저녁식사하러 갔어요. 반반편백세트 새우추가해서 2인분, 육회비빔밥 먹었고 음료는 사이다 맥주를 같이 곁들였어요.14분 찜이 익는동안 기본찬들과 맥주 마시는데 홋홋 가라아게서비는 내주신 사장님 센스~~감동이었어요♡ 건강하고 기분좋고 배부르게 잘 먹었습니다~~

가끔 편백찜 생각나면 오는 곳인데, 올 때마다 항상 맛있어요. 밑반찬도 다 괜찮고 맛있어요. 세트로 시켜서 육회비빔밥도 같이 먹었는데 이것도 완전 맛있어요. 편백 향도 은은하게 나서 먹는 내내 기분이 좋아요. 깔끔하게 한 끼 먹기 좋아서 계속 찾게 되는 집입니다. 편백찜 좋아하시면 한 번쯤은 추천드려요.

정편백 너무 맛있어요. 전반적으로 가게 분위기도 깔끔하고 음섹 정갈해서 분위기 좋습니다. 가족이나 연인과 좋은 시간 보내고 갈 수 있을듯 해요. 무엇보다 요즘 같은 시대에 외식하면서 건강도 챙길 수 있는 웰빙 푸드라는 생각에 양심에 가책 없이 마음 편히 먹었습니다! 잘먹고 갑니다 ☺️

미쳐써여 존맛.. 진짜 n번째 왔는데 누구랑 오든 언제오든 걍 맛있습니다.. 특히 소스중에 베이지색 소스에 다진 고추 넣어서 먹으면 완전 킥임,,,, 내 최애 편백집이에여 오늘도 잘 먹고 갑니다!

Portions are generous so it's seriously filling as a full meal!! The broth gets richer and tastier the more ingredients you add, and the banchan are homestyle-clean and neat. Staff was friendly too so it was a pleasant dining experience~ Overall very happy with the taste, portions, and vibe — definitely want to come back!

Came in for a light lunch and it was really good~ Lots of veggie variety — mushrooms, bok choy, all my favorites so it was delicious. Next time I'm nearby I'll definitely come back~ The meat quality seems really great too!! Super friendly even though they were busy haha

I stopped in on a whim craving shabu-shabu and the staff were kind and the price wasn't bad haha. It was tasty too 🫶🏻 The broth was clean and light. There was a side dish I couldn't name — pickled peppers?? That was good too lol. Perfect for warming up with hot broth on a cold winter day!' Highly recommend ♥️

Jeongpyeonbaek is genuinely affordable, the veggies are super fresh, and last time we had shabu-shabu while this time we went for the hinoki course. Both were so good that I think either option is a great choice. It feels really healthy, which makes it especially nice to come with family~~ Planning to visit again!
