친구들 연말모임 즐겁게 잘 먹었습니다 친절하시고 음식도 맛있고 다 좋았어요~

갈비탕 먹었는데 맛있습니다. 룸 형식이라 조용하고 대화하기 좋습니다.

어머니 생신 기념으로 오랜만에 경복궁을 찾았습니다:D 작년 어버이날 때도 맛있게 먹었는데, 여전히 맛있고 직원분들 모두 친절하시고, 배려에 섬세한 센스에 감탄한 저녁이었습니다. 저는 상견례도 여기서 했었는데 오랜만에 추억이 방울방울 했어요 ㅎㅎ 특히 어머니 생신에 맞춰 여러가지 센스 넘치게 챙겨주신 장점심 선생님을 유독 칭찬드리고 싶습니다:D 저희 가족 모두 서비스관련 업무를 했던 경험이 있는데 까다로운 가족들 마음을 모두 사로잡으셨습니다 ㅎㅎ 다가오는 명절 바쁘실텐데 모두 건강하시길 소망합니다! 다시 한 번 감사드립니다!🙏✨🩵

고기가 너무 맛있어요 직접 구워주셔서 편해요

음식이 맛있어요. 한정식집가면 종류는 많아도 그냥 그런 경우가 많았는데 음식이 맛있어서 좋더라고요. 고기도 한우전문점같이 질기지도 않고 고소하니 맛있었습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절하세요.😍

Had the weekday lunch charcoal-grilled galbi set and ugh... ㅠ.ㅠ They should just raise the price and serve better food. The side dishes were tasty though. But even for a lunch special price, the meat was just too much — salty, tough, and gamey ㅠ.ㅠ Worse than unlimited meat buffet quality. Honestly they should just remove the weekday lunch special from the menu. I'd advise Gyeongbokgung to compete with meat quality worthy of their brand name.

Terrible restaurant! I thought this was the standard place for a family meeting, but it was a shortcut to failure. If it hadn't been for the family meeting, I would have flipped the table right then and there. Because of the occasion, I couldn't really complain, which was so frustrating. We were told it was fine for a family meeting, so we booked a private room at least a week in advance and went. The menu couldn't be reserved, so we ordered bulgogi at the counter. Then they suddenly lit the fire and grilled short ribs, and when I said, "Isn't this bulgogi?" they said it had come out wrong but the price was the same, so we should just eat it (no apology, and it was 1,000 won more per person). They said they were busy because graduation season overlapped. What are we supposed to do with that? Did we go without a reservation? Why leave the private room door wide open and clatter dishes around? Why do you charge a separate room fee? Even when I pressed the bell, no one came, so I had to go find them. Even with course meals, the food didn't come out, so I had to go ask again. No rice, just side dishes brought out again. I’ll file another complaint with headquarters. Worst of the worst
